These Terms govern your access to and use of AIShortCut (“App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. - Eligibility and Account
- Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
- Accurate Information: Provide accurate account details and keep them updated.
- Security: Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
- License and Acceptable Use
- License: We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the App for personal, non‑commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
- Prohibited Conduct: Do not reverse engineer the App; do not attempt to access without authorization; do not upload or distribute malware, spam, or content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or harassing; do not misuse or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
- Ownership: We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the App and content we provide.
- User Content
If the App allows saving, liking, or other interactions with content, you remain responsible for your activity and any content you contribute. You grant us a limited license to store and display content necessary for the App’s functionality. - Third‑Party Content and Links
The App may reference third‑party articles or resources. We are not responsible for third‑party content, policies, or practices. Accessing third‑party content is at your own risk. - Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal data. - Payments and Monetization
There are no paid subscriptions, in‑app purchases, or ads in the current version. If we introduce monetization in the future, we will use Google Play Billing where applicable and update these Terms and disclosures accordingly. - Modifications to the Service
We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App. - Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or if required by law. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases. Data handling upon termination is described in the Privacy Policy. - Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement, and availability. Your use of the App is at your sole risk. - Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, pythonhub.in and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the App. Our aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim or $50, whichever is greater. - Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PythonHub and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App. - Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in‑app or on this page. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. - Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, unless applicable law requires otherwise. - Contact
